Each PC opens on your own lock screen. Members sign in with a password or by scanning a QR code with their phone, guests with a code from the desk.
Players install your cafe as an app on their phone. They top up by card, collect rewards, book a seat and see which friends are playing.

Watch a player's screen from the desk and take over the mouse and keyboard to fix a game, a login or a setting, without walking over. The player always sees a notice while staff are watching.
Steam account sharingNew
Add the cafe's Steam accounts and the games each one owns. When a player starts one of those games, a free account signs in on that PC, the Steam Guard code is typed for them, and Steam signs out when the session ends.
Multi-locationNew
Open a second venue without a second system. Members, balances, prices and games are shared; each location keeps its own PCs, tables, shifts, till, takings and bar stock. Owners switch locations or see all of them together.
Bar till and stockNew
A touch-friendly till for the bar and the tables, with supplier invoices, stock, write-offs, counts and the bar book your accountant asks for. Already using another bar program? Count the bar at the end of the shift and the takings are worked out for you.
Shifts and cashNew
Each cashier opens a shift that starts with the whole till, counts it at closing and leaves the difference on their own shift. Owners take the cash out per day or per shift and always see what should be in the till.
Memberships, vouchers and online top-upNew

Internet cafe software (also called gaming cafe or cyber cafe management software) bills the time players spend on PCs and consoles, locks the PCs when the time is up, and handles members, payments and reports. Nostro adds a bar till, stock, shifts, remote control and a player app.
Only if you choose the cloud. The licence is a one-time purchase with no subscription, and runs on your own server. The cloud adds 30 EUR a month to the licence, and we run the server for you.

Windows 10 or 11. The Nostro client installs in a few minutes, creates a locked guest account and pairs with your server using a code from the admin.
Yes. Staff can watch any PC screen live and, with the right role, use the mouse and keyboard to help a player. The player always sees a notice while someone is watching.
Yes. Add the cafe's Steam accounts with their games and Steam Guard shared_secret. A free account signs in on the PC for the session, and Steam signs out and forgets it when the session ends.
Yes. One server can run several cafes with shared members and balances, while each location keeps its own PCs, shifts, till, takings and bar stock. It stays switched off until you need it.
